Today’s Me-Time Tip for Busy Moms

Schedule time each week to take a relaxing bath and make it a spa like experience.  Add candles, bubble bath, bath oil or bath salts, your favorite relaxing music, and lay your head on a soft bath pillow.  I was surprised to see all the choices for bath pillows now. You’re no longer limited to a terry cloth or inflatable pillow.  You can now find massaging bath pillows, memory foam pillows, cool gel bath pillows and much more.  Enjoy!

I love doing this when I check into hotels but I should also be doing this at home. I used to do it when I had a large sunken tub before we moved into our new home 5 years ago. Although I love this home more, the master bathroom is pretty outdated so I’ve become more of a shower gal except when we go away on vacation. But I should work on that more :).

Yes. It’s an effort, but the key is to schedule the time and make it easy. Keep all of the supplies together, e.g. candles, pillow, bubble bath, bath oils, bath salts, etc. Then, you just need to grab the basket or container when you’re ready to take a bath. Thanks!

I’m already a fan on your Facebook. I have wondered about the silicone bowls as well……….I’m kind of set in my ways….although my friends and family dont’ call me stubborn, they say I’m OCD! LOL I am trying to become more flexible…..and these bowls would be a great first step. Thanks!!

Very good idea. I often take hot baths in the winter with bath salts. It is one of my favorite relaxing activities.
